Consignment Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for consignment activities to meet annual targets and drive growth.

• Plan and manage budgets and merchandising strategies for consignment operations.

• Monitor and control supplier performance to ensure alignment with company goals.

• Define and manage a calendar of strategic partnerships, events, and campaigns.

• Implement effective merchandising, category, and brand strategies.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and acquiring potential new brands.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

• Min 7 years of relevant experience in managing consignment business.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• In-depth knowledge of the fashion lifestyle industry and sharp business acumen.

• Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership abilities.

• Fluency in English and proficiency in computer applications.

• Willingness to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
