Internship - Production Manufacturing [Cutting]

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment Manufacturing, Textile, or related field.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and collaboration skills across departments.

• Able to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Exposure :

• Gain hands-on experience in the Manufacturing (espc. Cutting Department).

• Learn how to coordinate with Planning, Industrial Engineering, and Production teams.

• Assist in monitoring cutting operations and daily production processes.

• Support the team in monitoring cutting capacity and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Gain exposure to Lean Manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Learn how to support efficient resource utilization to meet production requirements.
