Tanggung jawab

1. Develop comprehensive test plans based on project specifications and requirements.
2. Create detailed and well-structured test cases that cover various scenarios and use cases.
3. Ensure that final products adhere to the quality standards.
4. Work closely with the product and development team to resolve quality issues.
5. Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive product documentation.
6. Clearly and comprehensively report bugs, providing detailed information on steps to reproduce, expected behavior, and observed issues.

Persyaratan

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Quality Assurance in mobile and web applications.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Proven experience in a quality assurance role.
5. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
6. Detailed eye-oriented, problem-solving and analytical skills are mandatory.
7. Ability to handle user issues tactfully and professionally.
8. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
9. Familiarity with testing tools (e.g Postman, Selenium) and experience using test case management (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Asana). Version control knowledge (e.g., Git) is a plus.
