ICT Security Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta for a ICT Security Supervisor. The ICT Security Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day management of the company's cybersecurity initiatives by identifying potential threats, implementing security strategies, and safeguarding sensitive data. Responsibilities include monitoring network security, leading security assessments, ensuring compliance with policies, and responding to incidents effectively. Collaborating with IT teams, this role also involves team leadership and mentoring to ensure cybersecurity best practices are adhered to across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Cybersecurity Management, Threat Detection, Vulnerability Assessment, and Risk Assessment

• Proficiency in Network Security, Security Analysis, Penetration Testing, and Incident Response

• Familiarity with Compliance Standards, Security Policies, and Security Auditing

• Experience in Team Leadership, Project Management, and Collaboration with diverse stakeholders

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field

• Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly advantageous

• Prior professional experience in Cybersecurity or IT Security roles is preferred

• Knowledge of the financial industry environment and cybersecurity challenges is a plus
