Human Resources Manager

We are hiring an HRBP (HR Supervisor/Manager) to be responsible for HR work for the Indonesia team, including but not limited to recruitment, revision of HR and company policies, employee relations, and compensation management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for all HR-related work of the Indonesian subsidiary, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, compensation management, and organizational development;

2. Be responsible for the administrative management of the Indonesian office;

3. Assist in handling work visas and other work-related certificates and procedures for employees;

4. Coordinate with the headquarters compensation team on payroll calculation and ensure timely payment;

5. Understand and comply with local Indonesian labor policies, handle employee disputes, and maintain good working relationships;

6. Promote corporate culture, enhance team cohesion, and strengthen the cultural connection between the subsidiary and the headquarters;

7. Participate in the company's development planning and put forward reasonable suggestions.

Job Requirements

1. More than 5 years of HR experience in Chinese enterprises locally in Indonesia;

2. Able to use Chinese, and English as working languages;

3. Familiar with local Indonesian labor laws and regulations;

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills and problem-solving abilities;

5. Strong organizational skills and team spirit;

6. Good professional ethics and awareness of confidentiality.

工作职责：

1、负责印尼子公司所有人力相关工作，包括但不限于招聘、员工关系、薪酬管理、组织发展等工作；

2、负责印尼办事处的行政管理工作；

3、协助办理员工的工作签证等工作相关证件和手续；

4、与总部薪酬组配合进行薪资核算并确保按时发放；

5、了解并遵守印尼当地的劳动政策，处理员工纠纷，维护良好的工作关系；

6、宣传企业文化，提高团队凝聚力，加强子公司与总部文化连接；

7、参与公司的发展规划，并提出合理建议。

岗位职责：

1、具有5年以上印尼本土中企的人力资源工作经验；

2、能够使用印尼语、中文和英语作为工作语言；

3、熟悉印尼当地的劳动法律法规；

4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力和解决问题的能力；

5、具备较强的组织能力和团队合作精神；

6、具有良好的职业道德和保密意识。
