Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, provide HR solutions, and support business objectives, particularly for livestream and agency operations.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculation, overtime, allowances, deductions, and payroll reconciliation.

• Handle employee benefits and statutory administration, including BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and monthly PPh 21 tax calculations and reporting coordination.

• Prepare and review compensation packages, salary structures, and job offers to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.

• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment contracts, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

• Support workforce planning, headcount monitoring, recruitment coordination, and manpower allocation based on operational requirements.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, company policies, and HR administrative procedures.

• Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data to support management decisions.

• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking management and cross-functional teams in English.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HRBP or HR Generalist.

• Strong knowledge of payroll, BPJS administration, PPh 21, compensation & benefits, and Indonesian labor regulations.

• Experience in salary calculation, compensation package preparation, and job offer management.

• Fluent in English, Mandarin is PLUS.

• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in livestreaming, e-commerce, retail, or agency environments is preferred.
