Requirements:

1. Active college student, preferably a final-year Psychology student, with an active student certificate from the University.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

3. Willing to work both WFO and WFH Asuransi Astra Head Office (TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

Human Capital Development Intern will be responsible for:

1. Create, revise, or modify job descriptions

2. Manage the operational system of Human Capital Development

3. Oversee employee productivity reports

4. Cleansing data with excel
