Business Development Internship

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing meeting minutes, administrative documents, and correspondence with Investment Managers (MI) and business partners.

2. Support coordination with internal teams, including Legal and Research, to ensure smooth document processing and follow-ups.

3. Assist in monitoring and updating Cooperation Agreements (PKS), Operational Memos, and other partnership-related documents.

4. Support communication activities, including preparing and distributing emails, promotional announcements, and event invitations.

5. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing webinars, financial education programs, and other company events, including participant registration, event preparation, event-day support, documentation, and post-event follow-ups.

6. Support communication and relationship-building activities with Investment Managers (MI), business partners, and event participants.

7. Assist in representing the company as on-camera talent for social media content (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube), including collaborative content with Investment Managers (MI).

8. Support administrative reporting, data updates, and documentation related to business development activities.

Requirements

1. Active university students or recent graduates majoring in Public Relations, Communication Studies, Marketing, Business, or related fields. Candidates with a Public Relations background are preferred.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Good organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

5. Comfortable appearing on camera and confident in public speaking.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

7. Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.

8. Basic knowledge of financial products or mutual funds is a plus.
