Location: Priskilla Tower, Tangerang (on-site)

Salary: IDR 20,000,000 – 30,000,000 / month (negotiable)
Languages Required: Mandarin and English (both fluent, mandatory)

JAV Smart Board is looking for an HR Business Partner who speaks Mandarin and English. You will be the link between Mandarin-speaking management and the local team. You will run day-to-day HR operations and help build the people systems for our growing conference tablet business in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR partner to Mandarin-speaking management on headcount, organizational structure, and people strategy.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

• Prepare and administer employment contracts and company policies in line with Indonesian labor regulations.

• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave, BPJS, and tax (PPh 21) coordination.

• Handle employee relations, performance management, and KPI/bonus schemes.

• Supervise and guide the HR Assistant.

• Translate and communicate HR policies and management decisions between Mandarin and Indonesian/English.

• Prepare regular HR reports and recommendations for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 4–5 years of HR experience, including at least 1–2 years in a generalist or HRBP role.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and payroll/tax requirements.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred

• Experience working with Chinese-owned or Mandarin-speaking management teams.

• Experience in the technology, electronics, or sales-driven industry.

• Experience designing KPI and commission schemes.

• Comfortable using AI tools for recruitment and HR reporting.
