HRBP Manager

About the role

Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and department managers, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development

• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices

• Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention programs

• Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Mandarin speaking ability will be a strong advantage

• Established network and good working relationships with government institutions and related authorities in the Cikarang, Bekasi area will be a strong advantage
