HR Supervisor

About the role

This is a Human Resource Supervisor role responsible for managing HR operations across a large workforce, including recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute manpower planning & recruitment processes

• Manage interview, selection, onboarding & probation evaluation

• Monitor KPI, performance appraisal, competency matrix & PIP

• Develop TNA, training matrix, training programs & effectiveness evaluation

• Handle employee discipline, SP, investigations, conflicts & Industrial Relations

• Ensure compliance with company regulations and applicable labor laws

• Analyze turnover, absenteeism, manpower gap, overtime & productivity

• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and data-driven recommendations for management

• Lead and develop the HR team

• Work closely with all departments, and management to support business needs

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Human Resource, preferably as Supervisor

• Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred

• Experienced handling 300–500+ employees is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment & HR Administration

• Understand KPI, Performance Management, Training & Industrial Relations

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets & ERP

• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
