About the role

This role supports human resources planning, resource fulfillment analysis, learning roadmap development, and employee engagement and wellness activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of manpower planning and analysis of FTE and Non-FTE resource fulfillment

• Support the preparation of learning roadmap and analysis of training realization

• Manage personnel activities to maintain employee engagement and wellness

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field

• 2-3 years of experience in human resources development and operations

• Experience in creating reports and HR analysis for top management level

• Knowledge of and ability to execute end-to-end HR business processes from recruitment to termination

• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability for creating HR analysis reports and dashboards for top management level

• Ability to write formal documents including memos, procurement documents, and studies

• Good Microsoft PowerPoint capability for top management level materials
