HR Manager (Hospital Background)

About the role

Oversee the overall Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and personnel administration. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with company objectives and applicable labor regulations. Manage manpower planning to ensure adequate staffing across departments. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and support the implementation of performance management systems. Oversee employee administration, including attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and applicable healthcare and hospital regulations. Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Lead and develop the HR team while collaborating with management and department heads to address workforce needs.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably at the managerial or supervisory level

• Prior HR experience in a hospital or healthcare institution

• Experience managing personnel administration for a diverse employee population, preferably including medical and non-medical staff

• Strong knowledge of manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration

• Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Able to work collaboratively with various departments and management levels
