Consultant Team Lead

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Consultant Team Lead to join Elitez Indonesia and play a key role in managing clients and candidates, driving business opportunities, overseeing recruitment projects, and leading a team of recruitment consultants. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong track record in recruitment consulting, client management, business development, and team leadership, who is ready to take on greater responsibility and contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with local and international clients.
• Lead and develop a team of recruitment consultants.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and candidates across different markets and industries.
• Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Drive team performance and business results.

About you

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a recruitment agency / executive search / recruitment consulting environment.
• Proven experience managing clients, recruitment projects, and team members.
• Strong track record in recruitment, ideally as a top performer or top biller.
• Experience with international clients or cross-border recruitment is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, approachable, and confident when working with different stakeholders.
• Fluent in English with strong professional communication skills.
