• Host live streaming sessions according to the assigned schedule, SOPs, campaigns, and brand guidelines.
• Present products confidently and engagingly, demonstrating strong product knowledge, storytelling, and selling techniques.
• Interact with viewers, answer questions, address concerns, and encourage purchases through effective calls to action.
• Achieve sales/GMV targets by optimizing audience engagement, product clicks, and conversion rates.
• Follow platform policies and company guidelines while coordinating with the Live Operations, Content, and Marketing teams.

Persyaratan

• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good persuasion, storytelling, and selling skills.
• Interested in e-commerce, live commerce, and digital marketing.
• Able to learn product knowledge quickly, work in shifts, and adapt to operational needs.
• Disciplined, target-oriented, and a good team player. Previous live-selling experience is a plus, but fresh candidates are welcome.
