Beauty Trainer & Event Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of offline events and brand activations across our sales channels, from concept development and pre-event preparation to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
• Develop creative and trend-driven activation concepts designed to drive sales, conversion, and sell-out performance, beyond brand awareness alone.
• Coordinate with area teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and other event partners to ensure smooth execution and achievement of event targets.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report event performance, including sales results, conversion, and other relevant KPIs.
• Actively support product demonstrations, consumer engagement, and product selling during events to encourage purchase decisions.
• Deliver product knowledge sessions and practical makeup/skincare training to area teams and Beauty Advisors (BAs) to strengthen product knowledge, demonstration skills, and selling effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in beauty brand activation, trade marketing activation, or sales-driven event marketing.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing offline activations in sales channels, such as beauty stores, retail outlets, or other consumer touchpoints, with a focus on sales and conversion.
• Understanding of sales-driven activation strategies and experience evaluating event performance based on sales results or other relevant KPIs.
• Experience coordinating with area teams, vendors, and other event-related stakeholders.
• Strong marketing and selling skills, with a good understanding of consumer engagement and purchase behavior.
• Good knowledge of skincare and makeup, with the ability to perform self-makeup and apply makeup on others.
• Able to deliver engaging product knowledge sessions and practical training for beauty advisors or area teams.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, energetic, and equipped with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with targets and willing to work on weekends and travel out of town when required.
