Job Description

• Prepare and upload vendor payment transactions through the company’s banking system.

• Develop and maintain patient referral channels: public and private hospitals, independent medical practitioners, pharmacies, insurance brokers, and medical travel agencies

• Introduce the company’s section services (complimentary second medical opinion, medical travel programs to China) to channel partners; deliver product presentations and small-group training

• Organize and participate in health talks and offline promotional events

• Maintain CRM records of channel visits and case progress; partner submit weekly and monthly reports

• Collect market feedback: competitor activities, pricing levels, and patient needs

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) or above. A background in Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Biology, Clinical Medicine, or a related healthcare field is preferred.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in at least one of the following areas: pharmaceutical or medical sales representation, patient coordination at clinics or hospitals, health insurance sales, or medical travel agencies.

• Candidates with an existing network of doctors or clinics are preferred. Connections in oncology, cardiovascular care, ENT (THT), or pediatrics are a strong advantage.

• Working proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate and prepare reports for the China-based team.

• Proficient in WhatsApp and standard office software, including Microsoft Office.

• Willing and able to conduct frequent field visits across Greater Jakarta and surrounding areas, with occasional business trips to other islands in Indonesia.

• Demonstrates high integrity, a strong service-oriented mindset, and a commitment to building long-term professional relationships and trust.
