Head of HRGA

Requirements – HRGA Manager

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership position.

• Strong knowledge of HR management, including organization development, talent acquisition, people development, performance management, and HRGA administration.

• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, employee relations, and HR compliance.

• Proven experience in workforce planning, budgeting, organizational development, and HR policy implementation.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• High integrity, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Willing to work full-time and be placed at the designated KYZN office location.
