About the role

Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and specialized hair treatments (K-beauty inspired). Conduct professional hair and scalp consultations to recommend the best treatments and products for each client's needs. Deliver a warm and luxurious service experience, ensuring clients feel pampered and satisfied with their results.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and specialized hair treatments (K-beauty inspired)

• Conduct professional hair and scalp consultations to recommend the best treatments and products for each client's needs

• Proactively suggest retail hair care products and additional salon services to enhance the client's look and clinic revenue

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized workstation and tools according to premium clinic standards

• Deliver a warm and luxurious service experience, ensuring clients feel pampered and satisfied with their results

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a hair stylist or dresser, preferably in a high-end salon or clinic

• Expert knowledge of hair cutting, coloring techniques, and trending hairstyles

• K-style knowledge is a major plus

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate effectively with local and international guests

• Creative, friendly, and outgoing with a strong passion for the beauty and hair industry

• Well-groomed and professional, representing the NUDA Skin Lab brand image

• Team player, eager to learn new techniques, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
