General Manager

About the role

Responsible for all operational and performance of the factory. Supervise production activities, quality, procurement, maintenance and workplace safety. Ensure the production targets, cost efficiency, product quality, and delivery achieved. Coordination with all departments and ensure the compliance of SOP and applicable regulations. Reporting and updating of all factory activities to the management/shareholders.

About you

• Graduated from reputable university: Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing plant or production workshop as a manager

• Strong capabilities in plant operations management, overall coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in basic computer skills

• Good command in English both written and spoken

• Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantage

• Willing to be placed in Batang, Jawa Tengah
