Full Stack Engineer

SE’INDONESIA is a local fast-food brand that has popularized the smoked meat dish from East Nusa Tenggara (sei) at affordable prices. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing F&B pioneers, the brand has become a source of national pride after being included in Forbes Asia’s 100 to Watch 2025 list. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer candidate to join the Se'Indonesia team with the following details.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js (Express.js) and modern frontend frameworks.

• Build and optimize robust REST APIs and backend services with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and clean architecture.

• Work extensively with PostgreSQL for data modeling, query optimization, and database performance tuning.

• Implement and manage background jobs, asynchronous processing, and message queues using Redis, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.

• Develop responsive and high-quality frontend interfaces using React and/or Next.js.

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver features on time.

• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance and reliability.

• (Optional) Support or integrate with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Backend-heavy Full Stack Developer.

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, particularly Express.js.

• Solid proficiency in PostgreSQL (schema design, complex queries, performance optimization).

• Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ (or other message queues), background jobs, and asynchronous processing patterns.

• Comfortable working with React and/or Next.js.

• Experience in REST API design and development.

• Good understanding of testing practices (unit, integration, and/or end-to-end testing).

• Experience with cloud deployment and services on AWS.
