MKIT Holdings is expanding its global talent network! If you are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with 3+ years in the industry, we want you on our team.

📌 What You'll Do
• Global Sourcing: Scout top-tier candidates for BD, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and PM roles across APAC, Europe, LATAM, and the Middle East.
• Profile Management: Upload screened candidate CVs directly into our internal recruitment system.
• Interview Coordination: Support the scheduling process for candidates who move forward in the hiring pipeline.

💰 Compensation Plan
• Approved CVs: $10 USD per qualified resume.
• Interview Milestone: Up to $30 USD for each candidate who attends an interview.
• Monthly Bonus: Up to $120 USD for achieving resume submission targets.
• Placement Fee: 20% commission on client payments for every successful hire.

🎯 What We Need From You
• Location: Must be based in SOUTHEAST ASIA (Strictly Required).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven track record in recruitment/headhunting.
• Sourcing Tools: Active networker on LinkedIn, Indeed, or local job portals.
• Availability: Able to commit 3–4 hours daily, with excellent English communication skills.
