Remote Freelance Headhunter

Are you an experienced Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional with 3+ years in the industry? MKIT Holdings is expanding its international headhunter network and looking for top sourcing talent to join our team!

📌 Key Responsibilities
• Talent Sourcing: Identify qualified candidates for BD, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and PM roles across APAC, Europe, the Middle East, and LATAM.
• System Submissions: Upload candidate profiles directly into our dedicated recruitment platform.
• Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling candidate interviews as they advance through the selection process.

💰 Compensation Structure
• Approved Resumes: $10 USD per valid resume.
• Interview Milestone: Up to $30 USD per candidate who completes an interview.
• Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to $120 USD for hitting resume targets.
• Placement Commission: 20% commission on client payments upon successful hire.

🎯 Candidate Requirements
• Location: Must be based in SOUTHEAST ASIA (mandatory).
• Experience: 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment (required).
• Sourcing Channels: Active user of LinkedIn, Indeed, or local job networks.
• Commitment & Skills: Available for 3–4 hours daily with strong English communication skills.
