Forklift Driver

About the role

Otazen, a growing furniture manufacturing company, is opening an opportunity for professionals in heavy equipment operation to join as a Forklift Driver in our Warehouse/Logistics team. As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to support the smooth process of receiving, storing, and shipping goods in the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move, stack, and transport goods/materials in warehouse and production areas safely and efficiently

• Ensure goods are stacked according to storage location and system in place (FIFO/FEFO)

• Conduct routine forklift condition checks (pre-operation check) and report any damage or technical issues

• Assist in loading and unloading goods from and to transport vehicles

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order of work area according to occupational health and safety standards

• Coordinate with Warehouse team regarding material movement needs according to operational schedule

• Report daily work results to supervisor/Warehouse Head

About you

• Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education or equivalent

• Valid SIO (Forklift Operator Permit)

• Minimum 1 year experience as forklift operator, preferably from manufacturing or warehousing industry

• Understand occupational health and safety procedures (K3) in heavy equipment operation

• Careful, disciplined, and responsible

• Able to work in a team and ready to work shifts according to operational needs
