Food & Beverage Attendant (FBA)

About the role

F&B Attendant position at Airport Lounge, Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Bali. The role involves preparing food and beverage service areas, arranging and presenting food and beverages according to company standards, ensuring availability of food, beverages, dining equipment, and buffet supplies during operations, and providing friendly, fast, and professional service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverage service areas before lounge operations

• Arrange and present food and beverages according to company standards

• Ensure availability of food, beverages, dining equipment, and buffet supplies during operations

• Perform periodic and timely replenishment of food and beverages

• Provide food and beverage service to guests in a friendly, fast, and professional manner

• Monitor buffet conditions to ensure cleanliness, neatness, quality, and presentation standards

• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of buffet areas, dining areas, pantry, and operational equipment

• Clear dining equipment and ensure guest tables are clean and ready for use

About you

• Minimum Diploma 1 (D1) education, preferably in Hotel Management, Food Service, Food & Beverage Service, Tourism, or related fields

• Experience as F&B Attendant, Waiter/Waitress, Banquet Staff, Restaurant Crew, or similar positions is an advantage

• Fresh graduates with internship experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality are welcome to apply

• Understanding of basic food and beverage service, table set-up, buffet service, hygiene, and sanitation

• Able to communicate in English; proficiency in other foreign languages is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Neat and professional appearance according to company grooming standards

• Friendly, quick, disciplined, proactive, and strong service mindset

• Physical condition that supports mobility and operational task performance

• Able to work individually and as part of a team

• Willing to work on shift system, including weekends and national holidays

• Willing to be placed at Airport Lounge, Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Bali

• Can join as soon as possible
