RC Villas is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as:

HOUSEKEEPING DAILY WORKER (DW)

A Housekeeping Daily Worker role focused on cleaning and maintaining guest villas to company standards, ensuring guest rooms are properly prepared, and supporting the housekeeping team with daily operational duties.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest villas according to company standards

• Make beds and arrange guest rooms properly

• Clean bathrooms and replenish amenities

• Maintain cleanliness of villa areas and assigned areas

• Handle linen, towels, and housekeeping equipment properly

• Report any damage, maintenance issues, or Lost & Found items

• Follow housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and safety regulations

• Assist the Housekeeping team with daily operational duties when required

About you

• Previous experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a villa or hotel

• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply

• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and hardworking

• Good attitude and teamwork skills

• Well-groomed and physically fit

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good English communication skills

• Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

• Not currently enrolled in school or college/university
