Floor Captain

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Captain to oversee daily restaurant service operations, coordinate service staff, and ensure a smooth and excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, good communication, and a solid understanding of restaurant service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations; previous experience as a Floor Captain, Senior Waiter, or Team Leader is preferred.

• Must be currently residing in Bali, preferably in Canggu, Seminyak, Badung, or Kuta.

• Good communication skills and basic conversational English.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate service staff.

• Good knowledge of restaurant service standards, table management, guest handling, complaint resolution, and POS systems.

• Well-groomed, responsible, customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to lead and coordinate the service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Understands restaurant service procedures and maintains high service standards.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in hospitality or upscale dining is an advantage.
