Key Responsibilities

• Personalized Guest Hosting: Provide dedicated service as the main point of contact for villa guests from pre-arrival preparation through to departure.

• Villa Setup & Ambiance: Ensure the entire villa, including private suites, living areas, pool decks, and dining spaces, is meticulously prepared, clean, and styled before guest arrival and throughout their stay.

• In-Villa Dining & Beverage Service: Serve all meals, snacks, and beverages (breakfast, private BBQs, cocktail setups) with refined etiquette, coordinating directly with the villa's private chef or kitchen team.

• Valet & Housekeeping Oversight: Offer professional packing and unpacking assistance, arrange laundry and pressing services, and coordinate daily housekeeping schedules around guest preferences.

• Concierge & Itinerary Management: Arrange private transport, island/local tours, spa appointments, in-villa activities, and restaurant bookings tailored to guest requests.

• Property & Operations Coordination: Monitor villa facilities, coordinate maintenance issues promptly with the technical team, and maintain guest service logs and inventories.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Butler or Villa Host in a luxury private villa, boutique resort, or 5-star hospitality property.

• Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage.

• Skills & Etiquette: Solid understanding of luxury service standards, food & beverage presentation, wine/cocktail service, and fine dining etiquette.

• Attitude & Grooming: Impeccable personal grooming, strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and absolute discretion regarding guest privacy.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to match guest schedules and flight arrivals.
