Finance Supervisor

About the role

This role involves overseeing all financial transaction processes for the company, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions, and controlling company expenditures in accordance with the established budget. The position requires monitoring company cash flow, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial analysis to support business decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all company financial transaction processes and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time

• Control company expenditures to align with the established budget and monitor daily cash position

• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow projections and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Ensure financial reports comply with PSAK and company policies and deliver reports to the Finance Manager and Board of Directors

• Prepare operational budgets with each department and monitor budget realization with analysis of variances

• Conduct company profitability analysis, including sales margins, operational costs, and spending effectiveness

• Provide strategic recommendations to improve cost efficiency and company profit

• Ensure all financial procedures comply with SOP and review payment, reimbursement, petty cash, and bank transaction processes

• Identify potential financial risks and implement preventive measures; oversee vendor payment processes and ensure receivables are collected on time

• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, ensure tax compliance, and follow up on audit results

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Finance team members, allocate workloads, and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Monitor the team's performance, identify operational challenges, and ensure compliance with established procedures and deadlines.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 1–2 years as a Supervisor

• Experience in Retail companies is preferred

• Understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)

• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis

• Understanding of basic company taxation

• Familiarity with internet banking

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Lookup, IF, SUMIFS, Dashboard, and other formulas)

• Experience using ERP systems or accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with numbers; leadership capability and ability to manage teams

• Ability to work with strict targets and deadlines; strong communication and coordination skills across departments

• Willing to be placed at Head Office (Denpasar)
