Finance Controller

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial control, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.

• Strong understanding of accounting, financial management, and Indonesian corporate taxation.

• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25/29, and PPN (VAT).

• Experienced in preparing and reviewing tax calculations, tax returns, and supporting documents for corporate tax compliance.

• Familiar with Coretax DJP and e-Faktur/e-Bupot systems.

• Able to prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, and monthly financial reports.

• Experienced in budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial analysis.

• Able to monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger transactions.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Able to work independently and coordinate with management, operational teams, and external tax consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's daily financial and accounting activities across multiple F&B outlets.

• Ensure accurate financial records, reconciliations, and timely monthly financial reporting.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, cash flow, and outlet performance reports.

• Monitor revenue, expenses, food and beverage costs, and operating expenses to maintain financial control.

• Manage and review the company's tax obligations, ensuring accurate calculations, timely reporting, and compliance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.

• Coordinate corporate tax administration through Coretax DJP and other relevant tax systems.

• Review tax documents, withholding tax records, VAT transactions, and supporting documents before submission.

• Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and relevant authorities when required.

• Establish and maintain internal financial controls and accounting procedures.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support business decisions and improve profitability.
