Finance Staff

About the role

This role involves managing and ensuring all financial transactions (AP, AR, cash flow) are recorded accurately, completely, and on time. You will prepare and present periodic financial reports (monthly/annual) with analysis to support management decision-making, perform reconciliation and internal controls over all financial accounts, ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and control and analyse financial performance to provide improvement recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and ensure all financial transactions (AP, AR, cash flow) are recorded accurately, completely, and on time

• Prepare and present periodic financial reports (monthly/annual) with analysis to support management decision-making

• Perform reconciliation and internal controls over all financial accounts to ensure accuracy and minimise risk of error or fraud

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, including tax reporting and documentation processes

• Control and analyse financial performance (cash flow, receivables, margin, costs) and provide improvement recommendations to increase efficiency and profitability

About you

• Minimal D3/S1 qualification in Accounting or Finance

• 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax

• Domiciled in Bandung
