Videographer Photographer Officer (VPCC)

1. Oversee the full production timeline for all video and photo content, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards.
2. Provide clear creative direction and creative briefs and be able to translate briefs from other stakeholders into clear action plans.
3. Direct and mentor the creative team, providing clear guidance, feedback, and support.
4. Collaborate with other internal teams to develop creative concepts and a content calendar that meets our brand objectives.
5. Plan, organize, and track multiple projects simultaneously, managing resources and deadlines effectively.
6. Actively participate in the creative process, offering your expertise in graphic design, photography, or video production as needed.
7. Review all final content to ensure it meets our brand guidelines and quality standards before it's published.
8. Facilitate the revision process, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and ensuring the team implements changes efficiently.
9. Organize and maintain a library of all visual assets.

Persyaratan

1. A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience is required, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or project management role. A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in video, photography, and/or graphic design is also required.
2. A deep and comprehensive understanding of the entire content creation process, from pre-production to post-production.
3. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Lightroom is a must. You should also be highly familiar with using mirrorless cameras, specifically the Sony Alpha 7 III.
4. Experience with After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.
8. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to overcome creative and logistical challenges.
9. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs and deadlines.
10. Ability to work in Bandung (WFO) & to travel frequently.
