Senior Software Automation Quality Assurance

'- Work with Product Managers, Dev team, and UI/UX team in understanding the product, domain, and various features
- Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases/scenario ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Estimate and prioritize testing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of product quality.
- Conduct quality assurance and troubleshoot any errors
- Analyze complex software systems and collaborate with others to improve the overall design, testability, and quality
- Ensure all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.
- Report, track, and monitor defects/bugs.

Kualifikasi

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Good analytical thinking (analyze logs and API responses, analyze bugs)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprints and retrospective.
- Experience with Automation testing
- Proficiency in testing Web Apps, Mobile Apps (iOS & Android apps), and API
- Familiarity with testing tools such as QASEio, Postman
- Familiarity with automation tools such Playwright, K6 is a plus
- Understanding of database concepts and queries (MySQL) is a plus.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
- Experience in development software process, preferably in Health sectors is a plus.
- Able to work from office (WFO Bandung)
