Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

Oversee the company's accounting, fund management, budget management, and cost control. Organize the preparation of financial statements and report the operating situation to management on a regular basis. Monitor cash flow, optimize fund efficiency, and maintain bank relationships. Participate in business decision-making by providing financial analysis and risk warnings to support business development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the company's accounting, fund management, budget management, and cost control

• Organize the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc.) and report the operating situation to management on a regular basis

• Responsible for tax declaration and compliance management, including VAT, corporate income tax, employee personal income tax (PPh 21)

• Monitor the company's cash flow, optimize the efficiency of the use of funds, and maintain the relationship with the bank

• Lead a financial team of 3-4 people (cashier, accountant, data analysis), reasonably allocate tasks and guide work

• Participate in the company's business decision-making, provide financial analysis and risk warning, and support business development

About you

• Native speaker of Indonesian, fluent in Chinese (HSK5 or above or fluent in spoken Chinese)

• Finance, accounting, finance and other related majors, more than 5 years of financial work experience, of which at least 2 years of management experience

• Familiar with Indonesian Financial Reporting Standards (SAK/PSAK), tax regulations, and the financial operations of foreign enterprises

• Proficient use of financial software (such as Accurate, Jurnal, MYOB, etc.) and advanced Excel functions

• Preference will be given to those with financial experience in manufacturing and clothing factories
