Tanggung jawab

• Support payment processing by preparing payment documents and ensuring contracts, invoices, and approvals are properly matched.
• Prepare payment instructions and initiate payments through the online banking system after approval, coordinating with reviewers to complete the payment process.
• Monitor payment status and follow up on returned or rejected payments.
• Prepare documents for bank account opening, modification, and closure, and handle required submissions at bank branches.
• Maintain daily bank balance records and organize bank statements, receipts, and other banking documents.
• Download bank statements and perform preliminary reconciliation with the cash journal, identifying and flagging discrepancies.
• Support the accounting team with month-end bank reconciliation and related working papers.

Persyaratan

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, preferably majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with VLOOKUP and PivotTables is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and financial processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling numbers and financial documents.
