Senior Accounting Specialist

Tanggung jawab

• Manage full-cycle accounting and GL, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, and balance sheet accounts in accordance with PSAK.
• Coordinate tax compliance with external tax agents, including PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax filings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for head office, including variance analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
• Lead finance support for internal and external audits, including documentation, reconciliations, and auditor queries.
• Drive process improvements and internal controls while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the P2P lending/fintech industry.
• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, GL management, tax coordination, financial reporting, and audit support.
• Proficient in Accurate and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Brevet A/B or CPA is a plus.
