Equipment Engineer

About the role

According to the company's quality management system and equipment management procedures, this role involves related management works such as equipment management, operation and maintenance, ensuring that the production equipment can maintain normal productivity, and ensuring that the equipment performance meets the quality of products and production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the production equipment, promptly diagnose and address malfunctions occurring during the equipment production process, and carry out repairs to ensure normal operation of the equipment without affecting production

• Prepare equipment maintenance procedures, operating procedures, and other guiding documents related to equipment

• Formulate the annual maintenance, testing, and inspection plan for equipment

• Participate in the technical assessment of equipment and related spare parts during scrapping process

• Resolve difficult and abnormal problems such as equipment maintenance and repair, and offer technical support as part of routine technical assurance duties

• Analyze the causes of damage to equipment parts, aiming to perform maintenance before breakdowns occur

• Replace old and damaged spare parts and be responsible for the maintenance management of equipment parts

About you

• Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Industrial Engineering background

• Advanced English is needed

• Mandarin is preferred
