Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operations & Profit Planning: Assist the Factory Operations Officer with operational planning, profit forecasting, cost-reduction projects, and regular operational performance analysis.

• Cost Reduction & Sourcing: Drive cost optimization through secondary supplier development, vendor price negotiations, and product design cost savings.

• Quotations & Commercial Agreements: Support project teams with customer quotations, nomination reviews, cost negotiations, and price agreement sign-offs.

• Sales & Delivery Alignment: Collaborate with the Marketing Department on export quotes, contract reviews, and ensure on-time fulfillment of sales and distribution (SD) orders.

Requirements

• Role: Operations Specialist

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields

• Languages: Advanced English and Upper-Intermediate Chinese
