📋 Responsibilities

• Supplier Quality & Audits: Manage supplier quality performance, conduct on-site audits, and lead evaluations.

• Issue Resolution & Actions: Handle quality non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.

• Development & Continuous Improvement: Support new supplier onboarding, new product development, and drive ongoing quality enhancement.

🎓 Requirements

• Education & Exp: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chinese Literature, or related field (Fresh Graduate – 2 years experience).

• Skills: Strong understanding of supplier quality control, audits, and problem-solving.

• Languages: Advanced Chinese (Mandatory) and English (Optional).

• Salary Range: IDR 15,000,000 – 17,000,000
