Environment Specialist

About the role

An experienced Environment Specialist role at VinFast Indonesia, responsible for ensuring environmental compliance and managing environmental aspects across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure environmental compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards
• Monitor and manage environmental aspects, including waste management, wastewater treatment, air emissions, and environmental permits
• Conduct environmental inspections, monitoring, and reporting
• Coordinate environmental audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Support the implementation of environmental management systems and sustainability initiatives
• Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with environmental reporting requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Experience in environmental management, preferably in manufacturing or the automotive industry
• Knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations, environmental permits, and compliance reporting
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and environmental management systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Willing to work onsite in Subang, West Java
