Environment Foreman

Job Description

• Oversee the handling, storage, and disposal of B3 and non-B3 waste.

• Conduct regular monitoring of water, air, and soil quality.

• Plan and supervise land contouring, soil spreading, and planting activities.

• Ensure all operations align with government standards and internal environmental policies.

• Provide direct supervision on-site and educate staff on environmental best practices.

• Manage and submit technical reports via SIMPEL KLHK and other internal/external channels.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Forestry, or a related field.

• Preferably holds certifications in PPPA, POPAL, PPPU, or POIPPU.

• Proficient in ArcGIS and Microsoft Office.

• Hands-on experience with the SIMPEL KLHK reporting system.

• Strong understanding and implementation of PROPER standards.

• Deep knowledge of Mining Environmental Management and Post-Mining Reclamation.

• Proven leadership abilities, active communication, and a strong team-player mindset.

• Willingness to perform intensive field supervision and site inspections.
