We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our elite culinary team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Demi CDP or senior Commis Chef in a fine dining or high-end Mediterranean restaurant/hotel.

• Deep understanding of Mediterranean ingredients, cooking methods, and modern plating techniques.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours while keeping high attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a professional attitude.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
