EHS Fire Safety

About the role

Implement and monitor the company's Fire Safety and Emergency Response programs. Conduct regular inspections of fire protection systems and equipment to ensure fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency exits, and other fire safety facilities are properly maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fire risk assessments and identify potential fire hazards in factory areas

• Monitor compliance with fire safety procedures and applicable regulations

• Coordinate regular fire drills and emergency response simulations

• Support the development and updating of Emergency Response Plans (ERP)

• Provide fire safety awareness and emergency response training to employees

• Coordinate with emergency response teams and relevant departments during emergency situations

• Investigate fire-related incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions

• Maintain records and documentation related to fire safety inspections, training, drills, and equipment

• Support internal and external audits related to fire safety and emergency preparedness

About you

• Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) in Occupational Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields

• 2–3 years of experience in EHS/HSE, Fire Safety, Emergency Response, or manufacturing is preferred

• Good understanding of fire prevention and protection systems

• English proficiency is required, with good verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of emergency response procedures and fire risk assessment

• Familiar with fire safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire alarms, sprinklers, and emergency evacuation systems

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Able to conduct training and emergency drills

• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and safety-oriented

• Willing to work in a manufacturing/factory environment
