About the role

Manage delivery of projects from planning through implementation, coordinating cross-functional engineering teams and collaborating with Product, Business, Security, and Operations to ensure quality, security, and stability of digital banking applications. Develop team capabilities through coaching and people development

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery project from planning to implementation

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams

• Collaborate with Product, Business, Security, and Operations

• Ensure quality, security, and stability of digital banking applications

• Develop team capabilities through coaching and people development

• Lead Application Development team for platform management

• Manage project delivery and stakeholder management

• Oversee technology and architecture decisions

• Manage people and team performance

About you

• S1 degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Software/Application Development

• Experience managing end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Experience in IT Manage Service , Banking or Digital Banking industry is a plus
