Hotspot System Solution is seeking a creative, innovative, communicative candidate with high enthusiasm to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Online Sales Executive. The role involves managing company social media accounts, creating creative video content, conducting online sales, and generating promotional materials for CCTV products, networking systems, and training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

• Create creative video content, conduct online sales, and produce promotional materials for CCTV products, networking systems, and training programs

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns through Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads

• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp professionally and responsively

• Identify new customers, generate sales leads, and increase sales of company products and services

• Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing activities, advertising performance, and sales achievements

About you

• Interest and ability in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Online Sales

• Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates

• Creative, communicative, confident, and professional appearance

• Able to create promotional video content and appear on camera

• Active user of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently and in teams

• Willing to follow work schedules and meet company marketing targets
