Digital Marketing Manager

About the role (Indonesian Candidate Only)

TokenMinds is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to plan, run, and measure the digital marketing that grows TokenMinds and our clients' Web3 projects. This is a fully remote role, based in Indonesia. This person will own digital marketing across two fronts: TokenMinds' own brand and lead generation, and marketing campaigns for our clients' token launches and Web3 products. They will work across paid and performance campaigns, SEO and content, social media and community on X, Telegram, and Discord, KOL and influencer campaigns, and email, and work closely with our sales, token launch, design, and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run digital marketing for TokenMinds itself, building brand awareness and generating qualified leads for our services.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for client token launches, token sales, and Web3 products, aligned with each launch timeline.

• Run performance and paid campaigns across crypto-friendly ad networks, search, and social platforms, from targeting and creative to bidding and optimization.

• Own SEO and content: keyword research, on-page optimization, blog articles, landing pages, and content calendars that bring in organic traffic.

• Manage social media channels on X and LinkedIn, and grow and moderate communities on Telegram and Discord together with community managers.

• Plan and manage KOL and influencer campaigns: sourcing, vetting, briefing, negotiating, scheduling, and tracking results.

• Build and run email marketing, including newsletters, lead nurturing flows, and launch announcements.

• Set up tracking, analytics, and attribution, and report on KPIs such as traffic, leads, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, community growth, and engagement.

• Turn campaign data into clear insights and recommendations, and keep testing and improving what works.

• Manage the marketing tool stack, including analytics, ad platforms, SEO tools, scheduling, email, and community bots.

About you

• Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally at an agency or in the crypto or Web3 space.

• Hands-on experience running performance and paid campaigns with clear, measurable results.

• Strong knowledge of SEO and content marketing, including keyword research and on-page optimization.

• Experience managing social media and online communities, including X, Telegram, and Discord.

• Experience planning and running KOL and influencer campaigns.

• Experience with email marketing tools and campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with analytics tools, tracking setups, KPIs, and performance reporting.

• Experience managing marketing budgets and a tool stack.

• Good understanding of the crypto market, token launches, and what Web3 audiences expect.

• Self-managed: proactive, organized, and able to work independently without needing constant supervision.
