Daily Worker Server/Waitress

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and present menus in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.

• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly according to order.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or complaints.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned sections and service stations.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

• Process payments and issue receipts with accuracy.

Qualification:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waitress in a restaurant.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality background is a plus.

• Patient, friendly, and possesses strong product knowledge.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Active communication skills and good customer listening abilities.

• Flexible to work in shifts based on operational needs
