Customer Service EXIM - Freight Forwarding

Requirements:

1. D3/S1 Transport Management/similar major

2. Min. 2 years experience in same position in freight forwarding company

3. Understanding of freight forwarding processes, including sea, air land freight operations, customs clearance, bill of lading (B/L), commercial invoice, packing list

4. Fluent in English

5. Understand Export & Import Document

6. Understand PIB, PEB & BC 23

7. Ability to work under pressure

Jobdesk:

1. Communication with agents overseas and consignee to handle import shipments

2. Entry shipment data

3. Monitor and follow up shipments from the goods depart until sent to the recipient of the goods

4. Check import documents for customs processing

5. Draft documents for shipping and customs

6. Create an adjustment manifest and create daily reports
