About the role
This is a Customer Service position within Phillip Capital Group Singapore, a member of the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Key responsibilities
Verify identity of existing customers and new customers
Reply to all questions from customers via email, WhatsApp, or phone call
Receive all complaints from customers and attempt to solve problems
Keep customer data confidential
Contact potential customers and existing customers for account opening issues and product offers
About you
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year experience as Customer Service in Securities company, Financial or Banking
Good communication in both Indonesia and English languages
Good interpersonal communication skills
Honest and have high responsibility
Computer literate
