Coworking Host - Night Host

About the role

The Night Host is responsible for managing the coworking facility during night hours at BWork Uluwatu. This role focuses on facility and inventory management, customer onboarding, and ensuring member satisfaction in a dynamic coworking environment that serves digital nomads and professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Sign up, give tours and manage customer and members satisfactions

• Auditing settlements of the co-working space and cafe

• Facilities checking during the night

• Handling members' needs, problems and building relationship

• Coworking daily reporting (members' audit in nexudus, etc.)

• Taking and Making Members' orders during the night

• Communicate to day staff regarding remaining problems need to be solve on follow ups

• Inventory Checking

• Assist Cafe Closing & Opening

About you

• Coworking or related field experiences

• Excellent situational leadership and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

• High sense of urgency and agility

• A diploma or high school degree in hospitality management, business or a related field (preferred)

• Experience working in a multinational company (preferred)

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills (preferred)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (preferred)
